Please report order issues within 24 hours of delivery or order receipt.
Return window
Non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days if they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Fresh and perishable products
Fresh or perishable products cannot be returned after delivery unless they are wrong, damaged, expired, unsafe, or do not match the order.
Refund and return reasons
Eligible reasons include wrong item, missing item, damaged item, expired item, product does not match the order, or payment deducted but order failed.
Refund method
Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. Online payment refunds should be processed through Paymob where applicable. Cash refund, store credit, or replacement may be offered where appropriate and agreed.
Replacement and return costs
If the mistake is from the store, the store handles replacement or refund. If the customer changes their mind for eligible non-perishable products, return delivery cost may apply where legally allowed.
